單正激驅動變壓器的磁通復位問題分析

摘要：本文對采用變壓器隔離的單端正激式晶閘管驅動電路進行了分析研究，主要討論了其傳遞寬脈沖觸發存在的問題，采用高頻調制脈沖列觸發帶來的優點，以及高頻調制脈沖列觸發所涉及的磁通復位、波形畸變及有關參數設計問題。磁通復位原理的分析，并不只局限在本文所研究內容中，對于開關電源設計也具有指導和借鑒意義。 敘詞：單端正激式 高頻調制脈沖 磁通復位 參數設計 Abstract：In this paper, the single ended forward thyristor drive circuit with transformer isolation is analyzed and investigated. The paper mainly discusses the problems as wide trigger pulse transferred , the advantages using high frequency trigger modulation pulse sequence and related problems such as magnetic flux reset, waveform distortion and relevant parameter design involved in high frequency trigger modulation pulse sequence. The research on magnetic reset problem can provide good guidance and reference significance not only for the contents in this paper, but also for the switching mode power suply design.
