儲能用長壽命LL-S閥控式鉛酸蓄電池的開發

摘要:新開發的產品,適合于有效利用自然能源和夜間電力的長壽命電力儲備用閥控式鉛酸蓄電池。(1)正極板采用耐腐蝕的板柵合金,減小了板柵的腐蝕變形,另外,選用高密度的活物質鉛膏;(2)為提高負極充電性能,采用石墨添加劑;(3)新開發的產品,電池組在使用時可通過金屬柜結構有效地控制電池溫度上升及電池間的溫差,使循環壽命達4500次(25oC、70%放電量),充放電效率87%,電池性能優于傳統同類產品。該產品在相關的電力儲備系統經過2年零6個月的實車運行試驗被確認為運行良好,實用毫無問題。
敘詞:儲能 閥控式鉛蓄電池 長壽命 Abstract:We developed new designed VRLA(Valve-Regulated LeadAcid)batteries LL-S series with long cycle life for power storage system to meet the significant utilization of natural energy and nighttime electric power .The cycle life of this new designed batteries is much improved by the adoption of the specifications as follows.(1)Positive plates with grid of high corrosion resistance alloy ,designed to reduce deformation and high density active material,(2)Negative plates using new carbon for increasing charge performance,(3)New metal frame structure for decreasing of temperature rise and dispersion of cell temperature as used a set of battery .It has excellent characteristic on cycle life performance of 4,500 cycles and charge-discharge efficiency of 87% .In demonstration test by runnimg for over 2 and half years, it is confirmed that there are no problems in use of the system .
