　　上海亞真照明電器有限公司成立于1993年，主要為國際知名的上海亞明燈泡廠OEM生產各種氣體放氣燈。公司成立至今，一直專注于照明產品的研發生產，積累了雄厚的技術研發實力，積極吸取國內外先進的管理經驗，結合亞真的實際，初步建立了一條從市場預測到產品售后服務的產業鏈，在采購、財務、物料、信息、市場網絡、質量、工廠、產品和人力資源九大板塊的運做過程中，形成了具有亞真體系自身特色的管理運行模式。
　　2006年公司研究決定成立上海浩也光電科技有限公司，引進德國全套先進設備，專注于35W、50W汽車氙氣燈的研發生產，并以優質穩定的產品迅速占領市場，浩也品牌同時也贏得了廣大行業用戶的信任及認可。
　　由于公司一直以來專注于生產研發，HID氙氣燈產品也一直處于供不應求的狀態，故一直忽略了品牌推廣以及銷售隊伍的建設，雖然在行業內已獲品質認可，但對于普通消費者，卻仍處于缺乏認知狀態。為改變這一現狀，配合公司2008年擴大產能、研發新品的發展規劃，公司研究決定于2008年3月起在浙江義烏設立廠方銷售辦事處，主抓品牌宣傳及國內外銷售渠道建設，為公司的進一步發展奠定基礎。

Shanghai Yazhen Lighting Electric Co., Ltd., established in 1993, mainly for the internationally renowned Shanghai Yaming Dengpaoan OEM production of gas deflated lights. Company since its inception, has focused on the development of lighting products production, accumulated a solid R & D strength, and actively learned from the advanced management experience at home and abroad.It combines what Yazhen actually has been set up in a product from the market forecast service to the industry chain, procurement, finance, materials, information, market network, quality, factory, products and human resources nine plate transported to the process of , and forming a true system of self-management characteristics of operation mode.

In 2006 the company also decided to set up Shanghai Haoye Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd, set to introduce advanced equipment from Germany,and focuse on the development of 35W, 50W car Xenon lights production.　It quickly occupied the market with　stability and quality of products, at the same time Haoye brand also won broad industry recognition and the confidence of users.

Because the company has been focusing on the production research and development, and product HID Xenon lamp has been a shortage of state,So it has been neglected brand promotion and sales personnel. The industry has been recognised quality, but ordinary consumers are in the state of the lack of awareness. In order to change this situation, to cooperate with the company in 2008 to expand production capacity, the development of new R & D planning. The company decided to establish the factory sales offices in Yiwu in March 2008. It mainly paid attention to publicity and brand building sales channels at home and abroad.It lay a foundation for the further development of the company.
