摘要：電力電子技術可以幫助提高能源效率和節約大量能源，尤其是在中等功率應用市場中。得益于其高集成度和簡單的組裝，本文所介紹的600V智能IGBT功率模塊能夠促進電力電子的應用。該模塊的特點在于其基于雙極性電平轉換器的先進概念。因此，所集成SOI驅動器不受參考電壓變化的影響，輸出功率高達15kW，從而提高了在應用中的可靠性。 敘詞：智能IGBT功率模塊 SOI驅動器 無基板封裝 彈簧觸點 Abstract：The technology of Power electronics can help improve power efficiency and energy-saving, which is especially true in the market for moderate power application. The article introduces the 600V intelligent IGBT power module which can promote the application of power electronics, thanks to its high integration and simple assembly. The module characterizes the advanced conception of bipolar level changer. Therefore, the SOI-integrated drive can be free from the effects of reference voltage, and can have an output voltage of 15KW, which, highly improves the reliability in actual use.
