高頻軟開關靜止變流器并聯研究

摘要:采用公用電壓外環方案, 實現了三臺1KVA 基于高頻零電壓開關靜止變流器模塊的并聯輸出。三臺靜止變流器模塊均為電壓、電流雙環控制, 通過公用電壓調節器穩定并聯系統的輸出電壓及頻率, 同時產生統一的模塊電流給定信號。各并聯模塊工作于電流跟蹤壯態, 從而實現各航空靜止變流器模塊的均流并聯。該并聯方案僅有一條均流控制線連接且無須外加均流控制電路, 不需要輸出隔離變壓器以及復雜的均流控制電路,具有簡單可靠、均流精度高、體積小、重量輕和組合方便等優點, 可以有效地提高航空靜止變流器的可靠性、可擴展性及可維護性。

Abstract:With the using of the common voltage loop control, the parallel out of three 1KVA ZVS-based high-frequency static inverter modules is achieved. Three static inverter modules are all voltage, current dual-loop controlled. The common voltage regulator is used to stabilize the output voltage and frequency of the parallel system, and produce a unified setting signal of the current module at the same time. The parallel modules work on the current tracking state, and then achieve the current equalization parallel of aviation static inverter modules. This parallel solution only need one current equalization control line and no additional current equalization control circuits are needed. And it also do not need output isolation transformers, as well as complex current equalization control circuits. This solution is simple and reliable, with advantages of high current equalization precision, small size, light weight and easy combination. It can effectively improve the aviation static inverter reliability, scalability and maintainability.
