串聯諧振軟開關技術在ESP電源中的應用研究

摘要：本文介紹了全橋串聯諧振軟開關技術的工作原理，結合課題本身，詳細的分析了電流斷續工作方式時的四種工作模態，其進行了數學分析。利用工程算法計算了諧振電感值和諧振電容值。實驗結果表明，選擇合適的電感值和電容值，并且控制開關器件的關斷時間可以實現零電流關斷。 敘詞：串聯諧振 軟開關 硬開關 Abstract：This text introduced the work principle of the Full Bridge Converter That is based on the Series Resonation and Soft Switching Technique, Combining the topic, Analyzing four kinds of molds in detail and carrying on mathematics analysis to it. Using of the engineering calculate way , computing the value of the Resonation Inductance and the value of the Resonation Capacity. The testing　result show that choosing the proper value of the inductance and capacity , and that controlling the turning-off time, Turningoff realized under Zero-Current.
