散熱器鑲齒及焊接技術在大功率電源熱設計中的應用

摘要：針對大功率電源功率模塊對散熱器可靠散熱的要求，提出了一種大斷面鑲齒散熱器及焊接技術。這種散熱器能有效散發功率模塊所產生的熱量，并已成功應用于大功率電源熱設計中。 敘詞：散熱器、鑲齒、焊接 Abstract：This paper presents a technology of the plate aluminum welded and the slice of aluminum inlayed in radiator used in a large power supply to meet the request of the power module cooled .The radiator can efficaciously emanate the heat of the power module bringing out.
