混合型多電平逆變器電路設計研究

摘要：本文根據混合型多電平逆變器電路結構實現方式的不同，將其分為混合電平式逆變器和混合單元式逆變器，分析了這兩類逆變器電路拓撲結構的特點，提出了一種可有效克服高壓單元功率器件電壓應力、消除低壓單元電流倒灌問題的設計方法，仿真實驗證明該方法是有效性。 敘詞：混合型多電平逆變器 高壓大功率 拓撲結構 Abstract：This paper classifies the hybrid multilevel inverter into hybrid voltage inverter and hybrid cell inverter according to their topology structure，and analyzes their virtues and defects. A new design method is presented in this paper to resolve their problems of the over-abundance voltage stress of high-voltage cell and the current flowing backwards of the low-voltage cells, and its validity has been verified by simulation results.
