一種晶閘管整流器全關斷檢測電路

摘要：本文提出并介紹了歐姆邏輯無環流檢測的一種方案---晶閘管整流器全關斷檢測，并與軟件檢測和電流互感器檢測進行比較分析，最終得出晶閘管全關斷檢測方案是準確可行的方案。全關斷的輸出信號與上述兩種信號進行綜合利用，從而準確可靠地實現了歐姆的邏輯無環流控制。 敘詞：無環流;全關斷檢測；軟件檢測;電流互感器檢測 Abstract：A new method of detecting whether the possive converter of the HL-2A Ohmic heating power supply is closed thoroughly has been presented in this paper. It is based on detecting the voltages over all the arms of that converter. Comparing with methods of current detections by means of software and current transformer, this one is safe and doable. With synthesizing all the signals from the three detectors, the OH power supply system works successfully in without circulating current mode.
