直流變壓器及其在兩級功率變換中的應用

摘要：本文詳細的闡述了直流變壓器的基本概念, 直流變壓器利用變壓器漏感能量實現能量的傳輸，不需輸出濾波電感。采用開環控制，恒占空比工作，電路結構簡單，易于實現高頻軟開關和高功率密度，變換效率高。最后系統的總結了直流變壓器在兩級結構的VRM、級聯式雙向DC/DC變換器以及航空靜止變流器三種不同的兩級功率變換場合的應用。 敘詞：DC/DC transformer; two-stage; vrm; bi-directional converter; aeronautical static inverter Abstract：This paper introduces the basal concept of the DC/DC Transformer in detail. The leakage inductor of the DC/DC Transformer can be used to transfer energy liking the input and the output instead of using the output inductor. It operates in open loop control, with a fixed duty cycle. Because of its simple structure, it achieves soft-switching at high frequency. Then high power density and high efficiency will be realized. The applications of the DC/DC Transformer in two-stage VRM, two-stage bi-directional DC/DC converter and aeronautical static inverter are summarized systematically.
