鉛酸蓄電池組電壓自動平衡儀

摘要：針對鉛酸蓄電池組在浮充電過程中，單體電池的端電壓會出現不平衡問題，簡要分析了其產生的原因，重點闡述了“鉛酸蓄電池組電池電壓自動平衡儀”的電路組成、工作原理、技術指標，以及控制主程序圖。該儀器具有自動循環測量每個電池的端電壓， “主動補償”充電；實時顯示實時評估電池容量；儲存、記錄和打印當月電池組工作情況；與PC通訊等功能。是智能化比較高的蓄電池組測量維護設備。 敘詞：蓄電池組, 均衡充電, 浮充充電, 端電壓 Abstract：When lead acid battery being floating charged ，we will find the problem that some cells present uneven voltage. This article analyses the reason simply, explaining especially “Smart Equilibrium Lead Acid Battery Voltage Examining Device” of the circuit, operation principle, technical indicator, and the flow chart of automatically controlled main program. The device can equalize automatically the end voltage of battery by circulation examination. It can show voltage in real time, assesses the capacity, Store, and type battery working condition every month.
