單周期控制直流變換器型高頻環節逆變器

摘要:本文分析研究了單周期控制單/雙向直流變換器高頻環節逆變器電路拓撲、控制策略、穩態原理與關鍵電路參數的設計。直流變換器型高頻環節逆變器由直流變換器與極性反轉逆變橋級聯而成,具有電路結構簡潔、前級工作在SPWM、后級工作在工頻方波逆變、逆變橋功率開關電壓應力低且實現ZVS、抗輸入電壓擾動能力等優點。仿真結果證實了這類逆變器理論分析的正確性。

Abstract:Analyzing and researching the topology of circuit,the strategy of control,the theory of steady state and the design of key parameters of high-frequency link inverter based on one-cycle control belonging to the type of single/bidirectional direct current convertor.High-frequency link inverter belonging to the type of direct current convertor is made up of direct current convertor and polarity reversal inverter bridge.It has many advantages,such as concision of circuit structure,the former grade working at SPWM mode,the later grade working at working frequency quadrate wave inverter,low voltage stress of inverter bridge's power switch and achieving ZVS,high ability of resisting input voltage disturbing,and so on,The simulation result demonstrates the correctness of this type of inverter.
