帶無損吸收網絡的交錯并聯雙管正激變換器的研究

摘要：本文介紹了交錯并聯雙管正激變換器的優點，分析了帶無損吸收網絡的交錯并聯雙管正激變換器電路拓撲的工作原理和電路工作時的有效占空比，并導出了電路的輸出特性，該變換器實現了開關的ZCS開通，ZVS關斷，最后，在2KW的交錯并聯雙管正激變換器樣機實驗中得到了驗證。 敘詞：交錯并聯 雙管正激 占空比 Abstract：The attctive characteristics of interleavingtwo trnsistors forwrd converter is introduced in thi paper.Then the operation of interleaving two transistors forward with non-dissipative snubber topology is analyzed and the effective duty cycle of operation is discussed.The output characteristics of interleaving two transistors forward converter is derived.The switches are turned on with zero current switching and turned off with zero voltage switching.Finally,experiment results are given to verify the analysis.
