HPWM技術在逆變器中的應用

摘要：　　本文將HPWM軟開關技術應用于逆變器,在不增加任何輔助回路的基礎上以實現了功率管的ZVS通斷。HPWM軟開關方式逆變器電路和控制簡單，基本不增加功率管的附加應力，且開通損耗大大減少，具有可靠性和效率均高的優點。分析了方案的工作原理以及實現ZVS的條件。同時指出方案存在的問題和解決辦法。研制的工作頻率50kHz，1000VA的逆變器證明方案的可行性。 敘詞：HPWM,軟開關，逆變器,ZVS Abstract：　　In this paper，the HPWM soft-switching is applied in an inverter, the ZVS operation is achieved without any additional auxiliary circuit. The ZVS method of HPWM is simple and easy to implement, the voltage stress is not increased ,the turn on loss of main switches is reduced significantly , higher efficiency and reliability are offered . A detailed analysis and the ZVS condition of the proposed inverter are presented. In addition, the deficiency existing in the scheme and the resolving scheme are presented.The scheme is verified on a 50kHz,1000VA inverter。 Keyword：HPWM, soft-switching, inverter, ZVS
