壓敏電阻器電極制備方法

摘要：壓敏電阻器常用的電極材料有導電漿料、無機鹽和金屬材料�；�于各種電極材料的特性，出現了許多制備壓敏電阻器電極的方法。本文綜述了漿料法、化學鍍，熱噴涂和冷噴涂的制備工藝。 敘詞：壓敏電阻器/電極/制備方法 Abstract：The common electrode materials of varistor are conductive paste, inorganic salts and metal material. Many methods of preparing the varistor electrode appeared based on the performances of every electrode material.
