電涌保護器（SPD）中ZnO壓敏電阻器的組合性能

摘要：本文綜述了電涌保護器（SPD）中ZnO壓敏電阻器的并聯性能和并聯實驗結果，借用文獻[1]的研究成果，利用壓敏電壓　 這一參數進行選片，綜合提出了有效的選片方法。在低壓電氣系統中安裝兩個或兩個以上SPD，綜述介紹了SPD之間的能量配合。 敘詞：電涌保護器 ZnO壓敏電阻 并聯 能量配合 組合性能 Abstract：Abstract: This paper introduces the performance and experiment result of parallel connection of ZnO varistors among surge protection devices. Accordingly, effective methods of SMT selection are presented with the help of literature review. Whats more, two or more SPD will be installed in low-voltage electrical system.
