新型可實現寬范圍電壓輸出的變換器分析與仿真

摘要：本文提出一種新型的平方型變換器，該變換器的特點是：（1）轉換比等于D2(這里D是占空比)；（2）具有很寬的電壓轉換比范圍。因為該變換器可能涉及多個工作模式，所以就涉及到對該變換器的數學模型的分析，本文采用了狀態空間平均模型在各種不同工作模式下對該變換器進行了分析。并且用實驗對這些模型的可行性進行了驗證。 敘詞：平方型變換器 狀態空間平均模型 小信號頻率響應 Abstract：A new class of single-transistor quadratic converter is introduced, which features are: (1) voltage conversions ratio equal to D2, where D is the duty cycle; (2) with a wide voltage conversion range .Since this quadratic converter may have multi-mode operations, the mathematical approach to analyze this converter will be very involved. Therefore, state space average approach is used to analyze this quadratic converter under various operation conditions. Validity of these states space average models are verified by experiments.
