大功率風電變流器中的母排設計

摘要:針對風電變流器功率密度大、工作環境惡劣、滿負荷運行時間長、功率波動大等特點,本文提出了大功率風電變流器直流側母排設計原則及其結構設計要點。主要內容包括:減小母排電感、減小功率器件受力、母排防護等。最后對實際設計案例進行了剖析,進一步驗證本文的主要觀點。
