臺達變頻器在化肥氣化爐渣油進料泵的應用

摘要：本文介紹了臺達變頻器在中國石化股份公司九江石化公司大型化肥裝置氣化爐渣油進料泵的變頻節能改造工業應用情況，節能效果顯著，取得了良好的經濟效益，機泵故障率大幅降低，從而實現了電動機、泵類設備的經濟運行，提高了化肥裝置生產過程的安全性和可靠性 敘詞：臺達 變頻器 化肥 渣油泵 節能降耗 Abstract：The　paper introduces　the　of Delta　Inverter　in　the　large　fertilizer gasifier　residual　oil　pump　in　Branch　of　Sinapec, and　the resulting　trasducer　alteration.　It　saves　energy,　achieves　good　economic　benefits,　and　reduces　greatly　the　malfuction rate　of　machine　and　pumps, which　in　turn results　in　the　ecomicial　operation　of　electromotors　and　pumps.
