摘要:本文論述一個新穎而簡單的適用于各種類型硬開關功率轉換器的電能回收電路,這個電路只需使用幾個意法半導體的元器件:1個微型線圈、2個耦合輔助線圈、兩個優化的PN結二極管。而且,這個電路完全兼容任何一種PWM控制器。本文論述這個成本最低且能效更高的獨特電能回收電路的基本設計方法。為了突出這個拓撲的好處,在一個90VRMS-264 VRMS的通用系列450W硬開關式功率因數校正器內,把這個電路與8A碳化硅肖特基二極管進行了比較,為了更全面客觀的比較,使用了幾個開關頻率(72kHz、140kHz和200kHz)。比較結果顯示,新電路的能效高于碳化硅肖特基二極管。此外,這個包括專用二極管和小線圈在內的整流級具有很高的成本效益,符合大眾市場的預期。

Abstract:he paper introduces a simple and novel energy-recycling circuit, which is applicable to all kinds of hard switch power convertor. Its circuit only needs several components by ST microelectronics, that is, one micro coil, two coupling auxiliary coils, two optimized PN diodes. In addition, it is compatible to any PWM controllers. The paper introduces basic design of the energy recycling circuit, which is of lowest cost and higher energy efficiency. In order to tell the advantages of the topology, it is compared with 8A carborundum SSD, under 450W switch power factor corrector, which is a general series with 90VRMS-264 VRMS . Several switch frequenceis (72kHz140kHz and 200kHz) are applied so that a comprehensive and objective comparison can be realized. Results show that the energy efficiency of the new circuit is higher than carborundum SSD. Besides, the rectifier level including specified diode and small coil has high cost benifits and can meet the market expectations.
