精密數控直流電源設計

摘要:主要論述了基于dsPIC30f4013的高精度數控直流電源的設計原理及實現方法。該穩壓電源以開關穩壓芯片LM2596為基礎,把開關直流穩壓電源的高效率性和嵌入式系統的高精度數據采集處理能力相結合,用I2C總線的數字電位器MAX5478實現輸出電壓的微步進調節。設計的開關電源具有輸出電流保護功能、LCD1602實時顯示電壓電流、矩陣鍵盤人機交互功能。軟件采用MAPLAB編譯,整個系統經過測試運行穩定。

Abstract:The article Mainly discusses the design principle and method of high-precision digital controlled DC power supply based on dsPIC30f4013. The power supply is based on the switching regulator chip LM2596 ,which combine the high-efficiency switching devices and high-precision data acquisition and processing capabilities. In the system, digital potentiomete MAX5478 that based on I2C bus is used to achieve the adjustment of output voltage. The switch power supply system has the following function which can achieve the output over current protection, LCD1602 real-time display the voltage and current, matrix keyboard interactive features. MAPLAB compile is used to write software. The entire system has been tested to run stably.
