長壽命LED驅動電路專用電解電容器應用特性分析

摘要：本文提出了LED的長壽命與相對短壽命電解電容器之間的矛盾、影響LED燈及驅動電路壽命的因素。簡單介紹了解決LED壽命與電容器壽命的解決方案，提出了超長壽命電解電容器是解決LED燈及LED驅動電路壽命的最適用的解決方案。介紹了國內外長壽命LED用電解電容器的現狀。提出了小體積是高壓電解電容器的技術關鍵，長壽命、低阻抗是長壽命低壓電解電容器的技術關鍵。介紹了可以替代國外長壽命LED電解電容器的我國具有自主知識產權電解電容器。 敘詞：LED 電解電容器 長壽命 高壓 低壓 小體積 Abstract：This paper presents the conflicts between electrolytic capacitors of long duration and relatively short duration in LED, and tells factors that determine the duration of LED light and its drive circuit. In addition, the author introduces briefly ways to deal with the duration problem of LED and capacitors, and states that ultra-long-duration electrolytic capacitor is the most applicable approach to solving the duration problem of LED light and LED drive circuit. The author summarizes current situation of long-duration LED electrolytic capacitors, and demonstrates that small volume is key to high-voltage electrolytic capacitors, and low impedance is key to long-duration and low-voltage electrolytic capacitor. The paper finally introduces one type of electrolytic capacitors with independent intellectual property rights, which can replace long-duration LED electrolytic capacitors abroad.
