DC-BANK裝置在煤化工生產中的運用

摘要:電網電壓的波動俗稱晃電,對化工連續生產威脅極大。本文就電網閃絡作了闡述,并提出了化工生產中抗電網波動的解決辦法。重點介紹了煤氣化工藝關健設備煤漿泵變頻器的抗電網波動的解決辦法。DC-BANK不間斷電源系統,是解決電動機不間斷供電的一種新的解決方案。采用變頻器達到對電動機的無級調速方案,在煤炭化工工藝中被大量應用。但是,由于市電電壓暫降引起變頻器停機而造成生產中止、停工現象經常發生,由此造成的人身安全、設備安全、環境安全,已超越經濟利益而成為企業重點考慮的頭等大事。如果選用本系統作為變頻器的后備保護電源,則能完全避免市電電壓暫降帶來的危害,防止上述情況的重復發生。

Abstract:Voltage fluctuation in Grid, so-called electric dazzling, usually threats greatly continuous chemical production. The article explains grid flashing, and puts forward ways to solve the problem of grid fluctuation in chemical fluctuation.Coal slurry transducer, key equipment in coal gasification technology, is elaborated as a way for dealing with grid fluctuation. DC-BANK UPS system is a novel way to supply electromotor with electricity continuously. The application of transducer into electromotor to realize non-grade speed adjustment is widely used in coal chemical technology.But transducers may stop working due to voltage sag, which, in turn, leads to the production cease or stop. In addition,the phenomena not only may result in profits loss, but also may endanger workers, equipment and environment, thus making it a fundamental matter that enterprises may consider.Choosing this system as a backup protecting power supply to transducers may avoid the harm in case of voltage sag, so that the above-mentioned damages may be prevented.
