智能大功率超聲波清洗電源的研制

摘要：介紹了一種基于PWM技術的智能超聲波清洗電源的設計，詳細介紹了PWM信號產生電路、單片機控制電路、功率放大電路、保護電路以及超聲波電源與換能器的匹配設計，并給出了系統軟件設計方案。設計的超聲波電源控制精度高，參數調整方便且具有靈活多樣的控制功能。 敘詞：超聲波清洗 頻率跟蹤 PWM信號 功率放大 阻抗匹配 Abstract：An intelligent ultrasonic cleaning power supply based on PWM technology is introduced The PWM signal generating circuit, microcontroller circuit, power amplifier, protection circuit and the matching circuit are described in detail. Finally, the designing scheme of the systemic software is presented. The ultrasonic power provides flexible and diversified functions and is with high control accuracy, convenient to adjust its parameters.
