通信局站節能減排離不開優質的動力環境集中監控系統

摘要：節能減排是當下中國的基本國策，本文以動力環境集中監控管理系統（以下簡稱：集中監控系統或監控系統）為主線，重點分析其在通信局站節能減排目標達成中的關鍵作用，同時闡明了為實現這些功能，規劃好、建設好監控系統的重要性和注意事項。其實，監控系統在節能減排中的作用只是其整體功能的“冰山一角”。通過本文的分析，力求使讀者能深入了解監控系統在節能減排中的管理、調度、決策及評估等功能，獲得意外的收獲。 敘詞：節能 節能減排 節能降耗 運行維護 動力環境集中監控 Abstract：Energy saving and emission reduction is a fundamental national policy. With the power environment centralized control system (hereafter, centralized control system or control system) as a main clue, the article analyzes the key position of communications bureau station in realizing the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, and in the meantime, clarifies the importance and notes to make a plan of and to construct control system in order to achieve the function. As a matter of fact, control system is only one tip of the iceberg, that is, only part of the whole function for energy saving and emission reduction.
