基于三半橋拓撲的雙向DC/DC變換器軟開關條件研究

摘要：為了實現三半橋雙向DC/DC變換器的零電壓導通和關斷，進一步提高變換器的性能，本文探討了三半橋拓撲雙向DC/DC變換器的軟開關條件。通過理論分析和仿真驗證，研究了影響三半橋雙向DC/DC變換器的軟開關條件的因素。結果表明，三半橋雙向DC-DC變換器的軟開關條件與其控制變量有關。 敘詞：三半橋 雙向DC/DC變換 軟開關 Abstract：Abstract: In order to achieve the zero voltage open and close of triple half bridge bi-directional DC/DC converter, advancer the capability of power switch. The paper probe into soft switching conditions of triple half bridge bi-directional DC/DC converter. By analyze in theory and simulation validate, study the influence factor of the soft switching conditions of triple half bridge bi-directional DC/DC converter, the result indicate the soft switching conditions of triple half bridge bi-directional DC/DC converter is connect with its controlling variable.
