大功率電鍍高頻開關電源的設計分析

摘要：本文根據電鍍電源的工作特點，提出了選用高頻開關電源來實現的電路方案。筆者根據近年的應用實踐研究，對在實踐中比較成功的ZVS PWM軟開關方案，進行了較深入的工作分析，描述了其優缺點。 敘詞：電鍍開關電源 軟開關 移相全橋 Abstract：The article provides a circuit scheme that use high-frequency switch power supply based on the functional features of plating power supply. On the basis of the applied practice research of recent years, the author probes into the functions of ZVS PWM soft switch that has been successfully used in reality, and analyzes its strong points and weak points.
