模擬弧長反饋新技術探索

摘要：本文在弧長反饋原理的基礎上，創新的采用了模擬弧長反饋新技術，成功解決了穩定焊接電流和提高焊縫成形質量的難題，同時也解決了逆變保護焊機和傳統保護焊機送絲機兼容難題，并經實際使用驗證，效果良好。 敘詞：模擬弧長反饋 焊縫成形 接口兼容 Abstract：From the basis of the principle of arc-length feedback, the paper innovatively adopt simulant arc-length feedback technology, successfully solve the tough problem of stabilizing welding current and improving shape quality of welding, synchronously solve the feeder compatible problem of inverter and traditional protection welding machine.
